The practice of yoga is a way to reconnect with our inner selves, stay fit, and to find the mental balance that we need.
Known for its many physical benefits including increased flexibility, weight loss and muscle toning, yoga is also an effective tool helping to create a much healthier mind.
Lynne’s experience :
- internationally accredited RYT500 yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance (200 and 300 hour teacher training with Patrick Creelman - Pure Yoga Hong Kong’s founding teacher and Rinat Perlman).
- 23 years at the prestigious Aberdeen Marina Club (Hong Kong) as a Master Personal Trainer and yoga instructor
- BSc in Human Movement and an MSc in Health Science.
- Her background in sports science enhances her yoga teaching by applying a comprehensive understanding of human movement to the specific needs of each person and each pose.
Lynne’s yoga classes :
- are alignment-based, as she believes that with safe alignment, the benefit from each pose is maximized. She also teaches vinyasa flow, prenatal, yin yoga and pranayama.
- are welcoming, safe, non-competitive, providing space for students to find deeper meaning and inspiration in their daily lives
- offer creative sequences emphasising alignment with pranayama (breathing techniques), mindfulness, and meditation
- cater to new students and experienced yogis via modifications and advanced options so you can reach your full potential.
